JUN_02: siRNA for obesity
JUN_02 is a novel dual-targeted siRNA with the potential for GLP-1-like weight loss, reduced GI side effects and infrequent 2x per year dosing. This profile could reach the large patient segments in obesity where GLP-1s aren’t tolerated, have high drop-off rates and/or where infrequent dosing is preferable. JUN_02 is set to begin human Ph1 safety studies in early 2027, with key Phase 2a human proof-of-concept to read out by mid-2028.
